Installation and Technical Tips

• Accessing the Hardware: To begin installation, open the liftgate to reveal the plastic trim covers on the inner edge of the light. Remove these covers to access the 10mm mounting bolts.

• Safe Removal: After removing the bolts, pull the old assembly straight back toward the rear of the vehicle. Avoid pulling outward to the side, as this can break the plastic alignment pins and retaining clips located on the quarter panel.

• Electrical Connection: Before securing the new lamp, plug in the connector and test all functions—including the parking lights, brake lights, and turn signals—to ensure the LED modules are communicating correctly with the vehicle's computer.
