Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We operate through multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to ship from the location closest to you for faster delivery. Depending on stock availability and delivery speed, your order may ship from any of our warehouses.

We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The shipping carrier is automatically selected based on your location, the type of item, and the fastest available service. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days after handling, while expedited shipping (if available) usually takes 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. We currently ship within the United States only, and some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses depending on carrier restrictions.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
