Product Description:
This precision-machined aluminum toggle bracket is designed to replace the original plastic component, offering improved strength and durability. Manufactured with careful quality control, it provides a reliable solution for restoring proper recliner operation.
This replacement part installs onto the square drive shaft and does not require removal or disassembly of the drive rod. The original plastic toggle must be fully removed before installation. If remnants remain on the shaft, they can be easily removed using basic hand tools.
The bracket replaces only the toggle shown in the product images and does not include or replace the clevis mounted at the end of the linear motor. Plastic split bushings are included to support the rod near the clevis bracket, ensuring proper alignment and smooth operation.
