This inner door pull handle is designed as a direct replacement for the driver-side armrest on 2003–2019 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana models, including 1500, 2500, and 3500 series. It provides a durable and functional solution to replace worn or broken handles, restoring the door’s usability and appearance.

Made from high-quality materials, the handle ensures long-lasting performance and a secure fit. It is a direct replacement for part numbers 10388386, 10388387, 25750064, 25750066, 25750067, 15817114, 10388390, and 10388389. The package includes one driver-side handle.
