Installation and Technical Tips
Electrical Verification: Before fully securing the mounting hardware, connect the 5-pin harness and test both the power glass movement and the heating function (activated via your rear defrost button).
Mirror Glass Warning: The passenger side uses convex glass. Always remember that "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" when merging into traffic or reversing.
Gasket Sealing: Ensure the foam gasket on the base of the mirror is perfectly seated against the door frame. A pinched gasket is the most common cause of wind noise and water leaks.
