Installation and Technical Tips

• Diagnostic Signs: If you experience a "bird-chirp" sound or a rhythmic clicking that changes with vehicle speed, inspect your front drive shaft immediately. A torn boot is the primary cause of internal cage and ball bearing failure.

• Phase Marking: Before removing the drive shaft from the vehicle, use a paint pen to mark the orientation of the shaft to the transfer case and differential flanges. Re-installing in the same "clocked" position preserves the balance of the drivetrain.
