Installation and Maintenance Notes

Mandatory Bleeding: Opening the hydraulic system introduces air. You must perform a full brake system bleed starting from the wheel furthest from the master cylinder to ensure all air is purged.
New Washers Required: Always use new copper crush washers at the banjo bolt connections to the calipers. Reusing old washers is the most common cause of persistent "slow leaks" after a hose replacement.
Routing and Clearance: Ensure hoses are not twisted or kinked during installation. Use the integrated brackets to secure the lines, ensuring they do not rub against tires or suspension components during sharp turns.
Fluid Quality: Use only fresh, high-quality DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid from a sealed container. Never reuse fluid that has been bled from the system.
